Donald R. Cradic, D.C. was born, raised and schooled in California as a graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic-West, in 1991. He moved from the Bay Area to Yuma, AZ to begin his career, in October 1992, with his wife and 2 boys. He went on to have 4 more children and raised them participating in their athletic and community activities as a coach and sponsor. Now, he teaches and coaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as a Gracie Barra blackbelt at B1 Elite Fitness. Other interests include exercise, hunting, fishing and backpacking.
Dr. Cradic takes his work very serious when it comes to patient health by treating the human body from a holistic approach. He uses physiotherapy, massage, nutrition, energy work and exercise, in conjunction with his chiropractic treatment, to achieve optimum health while working with local medical physicians, when necessary. He primarily uses the Gonstead technique for treatment, but willingly uses other methods taught and accepted by the mainstream at Palmer College as needed or requested. He also provides NAET services, that exhibit unbelievable results.
Over the years, Dr. Cradic has been successfully treating patients with pain throughout the body that most would not expect to be relieved of, with chiropractic care. Complaints of pain, tingling, numbness or weakness in the back, neck, jaw, head, hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles and feet can often lead to surgeries, or the use of pharmaceutical drugs, such as opioids. However, patients have avoided the need for these types of treatment by receiving chiropractic care. If necessary, Dr. Cradic also uses studies such as CT scans, x-rays and MRIs to make proper diagnoses and treatment plans for each patient. Other conditions that can benefit from chiropractic care include, but are not limited to: plantar fasciitis, migraines, tennis elbow, TMJ, tendinitis, bursitis, capsulitis, paresthesia, carpal tunnel, rotator cuff injuries, degenerative joint disease, herniated disc and stenosis.
His office accepts patients that have experienced auto accidents, work injuries, sports injuries and any who just wake up with the random pain. Many insurance plans are accepted in his office, including Medicare.
